Chenrezig is a Tibetan Buddhist deity who’s also known as Avalokiteshvara. He’s known as the personification of compassion and is considered to be the protection of Tibet. Chenrezig is depicted with four arms, each hand holding a different symbol representing different aspects of understanding. His main mantra is” Om Mani Padme Hum,” which translates to” Hail to the jewel in the lotus.” Chenrezig is frequently invokes for help in delicate times and the achievement of enlightenment. Some Tibetan Buddhists believe that the Dalai Lama is a reincarnation of Chenrezig.
